Immolation-based decks are known to be rather unstable, and running only 5 copies of Immolation and Photons further increases the risk of faildraws. Increasing the number of Immolations and Photons to 6 each will improve your consistency.
Since you're using Immolations, you'll want to take advantage of the extra
quanta you're producing with more Phoenixes (highly resistant to creature control, but has a higher casting cost; probably your best bet since AI3 carries a fair amount of creature control now) or Lava Golems (growable, but interferes with your Graboids a bit).
Arsenic is probably the weapon of choice here, as your other options for using up
quanta are mediocre at best. Nightmare interferes with your Lycanthrope in
quanta usage, so its reliability in this deck is debatable.
