because you also dont need a new SoFo for each new (phase) shield, or if the opponent uses an immaterial shield.
on the other hand, 1 SoFo only grants 25%

Back on topic I've been trying to get a version of this to work for a while, but without Fire nymphs it never had enough rage to really make it work.

Messed around in the trainer and this version sort of works.

Alternatively, instead of removing the momentums, you can also keep the momentums and change the rage pots to overdrives to make a gravy duo.

I have never thought about that, I might test something like this later. GPs are for CC because there's no healing nor defense in this sketch

In rainbows, yes. In duos, it's actually debatable. With Cal's deck, explosions are possibly better because due to the high damage output, you need little PC, and when you do need it (dim shields, etc.), you need it instantly.

SoFo is still OP though, so it could go either way.

Just a warning though, when I tested this archetype (not your specific deck, just the combo in general), it was SIGNIFICANTLY better upped.

Well, overdrive > acceleration, and archangel > guardian angel, so that would make sense.

@vivimancer: If you have 4 nymphs, I guess that might work Although they definitely shouldn't be upped without blessings in the deck.

@ddevans: I'd say explosion is actually better in duos -  since SoFo gives you three destructions for 6 quanta (you can't use the BH) and Explosion is 1 for 2 quanta, they're equally as efficient, and Explosion is a lot harder to stop. I don't see this deck needing more than 2 or 3 perm destructions anyway.
