To me, that looks like a good halfblood grinder, though I'd probably see if I could farm AI3 or t50 and get a second Eagle's Eye.  Drop a Feral Bond for it. 

Until then, drop the Feral Bond for another Elite Queen.

Also, experiment with Rage Potions instead of Fire Lances.  Unless you primarily use them as finishers, I think you'll find that Rage Elixir is better creature control, and you can slap one on your Elite Queens to turn them into 9/1 monster attackers.

5 Feral Bonds seems a bit excessive.  Maybe remove one and add a 2nd Eagle's Eye?

Also maybe try Rage Elixir instead of Fire Lance?  Depends on what you're going for...
