I have been running and tweaking this deck for a few years now, I have just come back to the game and have found that the shards of gratitude have changed. I am not sure if I should keep them in anymore. Furthermore, I am unsure what I can do to improve this deck. I think I just made a hodgepodge of cards that I liked back in the day, but it worked. My go too cards are the spirit sheild, forest spirit, otyugh, and firefly queen. I enjoy overwhelming my opponent with creatures, but I often find I don't have the correct quanta to swpan reliably. The first deck I ever made was darkness scavenger, which evolved into the deck you see here. The last time I played I could take on two of the false gods and win, but now I know its just too slow to try.

Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

Seems like your trying to make a fire fly queen deck. If you want to do that, I would recommend using a duo/trio. Much faster at getting queens out.

I would assume I need to take the otytugh's and forest spirits out? Then go Air, Life, and Darkness?

Sorry, but you will have to drop the darkness as well and instead use hope and deflagration.

I swapped the mark to make the shards more effective.
However since you use only 4 Fireflyqueens and half of them is upgraded, your draws are really unreliable and quanta inconsistent. There is a bunch of good FFQ decks in the trio/quartet section you will just have to search for a while

If you want to use the Shards as healing then switching things round to a :life mark is a good idea. I'd also stick to one type of Queen only then add some support cards to use the extra :light or :fire produced. These could be Hope/Rustler/Miracle etc for :light or Deflagration/Unstable Gases etc for :fire. If it's a Firefly Queen deck your interested in then you should take a look at this guide by Absol for some ideas.

If you want more than 30 cards, SoBra and farenheit are good cards that utilize the excess fire quanta. It's a shame there isn't a fire rustler...

I'd recommend bonds instead of SoG, they are much more efficient with creature spammers

Not just them, all the dark cards to. Decks leave weaknesses because adding in counters just mucks things up.

Thank you all for your input. I have been trying out a few of these. The concept for the FFQ and Hope is pretty cool, but it still has its fits of being slow. I imagine every deck has this though. If I was to make it a 42 card deck and add 6 sparks, and 6 nova's, while seeming ok, I know would really water down my tower draw. Decisions decisions lol.
