Basically the  unupped AI3 grinder except +Lobotomizer +Deflagration -Arsenic -Precognition

I never seem to have enough :fire use the dragons and I'm wondering if there's something better for those.
OR
Maybe add some more cards like the precog I took out and a Fire Pendulum?

fire spirit, phoenix, lava golem, deflagration, basilisk blood, mummy/flesh spider and steal are the first things that come to mjy mind.
do you get lobotomizer out enough? otherwise you could change chrysaora with mind flayer and lobotomizer with arsenic or vamp stiletto.

take out two precogs and change mark to fire then you should do fine.
if you think you're still tight on :fire change the fire spirit. e.g. for mummy, given that you're not using :death. :)

Lobotomizer is not good for this deck. It costs too much.

The use of Precogs in 30-card decks is to slim them down, costing only a few measly quanta for essentially subtracting a card from the deck.  This means that you're more likely to have the cards you want in your hand.  Thus, for your most recently posted deck I would suggest at a bare minimum -Time Pendulum -2Precog to get the deck back down to 30 cards.
