I've been tweaking the deck morning, I am soon to upgrade 2 more Mito's and the shields, But I just can't seem to get the deck to balance well.

So what's the balance issue?

From my perspective you'd be using this for Silver level of play, which means you need to cut the Ulis and Aether Pends as they make the whole thing very unreliable. Purify is meh in Silver/AI4, Leaf Dragons have literally no place here, 3 Staffs is 1-3 too many (which frees up 3 more cards in the Animates) and you don't have enough Spectres to draw offense reliably. In other words, you need to focus the deck considerably. Yer healing too much for farming since speed = electrum/score, and it'd be a lot stronger as an Octopi+Spectre deck with the Shards still there.

If you want EM's, you can keep 2 Staffs and pack 1-4 Heals. If you want it stallier, you either need to switch to Permafrost Shield or get better healing for Thorn Carapace to work its magic as well as more CC (more Octopi/Squids work).

Advice will differ depending on what you want to farm, so specify.

Aether is the prime Element present in all things, providing space, connection and balance for all Elements to exist.
Aether represents the sense of joy and union, and the ultimate potential of all things.

Interesting strategy.

The main problem I see is that you do not deal damage quickly, but you are also light on defenses/healing. One heal and a few staves and soft CC creatures aren't going to be enough when dealing with a fully fledged fire rush or SNbow. In addition, you've squeezed in a lot of different things; this makes your deck less consistent. It's better to have a simple configuration than a complex one in terms of balancing-- prioritize the cards that are necessary for your main idea, and then customize as necessary.

Shard of Patience is an important card in this deck, so you should add more copies if you have them. The ulitharids are an odd choice, as the increased cost makes them inferior to mind flayers in this strategy. In addition, you rely on 2 pendulums in a 32 card deck to power them; this means it's very very likely that either you won't be able to use the ulitharid ability at all, or that you'll have two half-useless pendulums. You'd be better off with more squids or other CC options.

tl;dr Simplify, and add more stalling power!

I decided to make it more stallish, but I was still having problems with quanta, so I tweaked it and this has come out of it. Its still sitting at 30, but it controls the board well and builds good damage once you get some mito going on spectre with SoP.
