Well if you don't want to make the deck smaller some suggestions.
1) You have a lot of air quanta needed for this deck. You might be better off taking out all those novas and swapping them with pillars.
2) You really don't need 2 purifies. I would drop one.
3) Some cheap shields would be nice here. A fog shield perhaps? Although that does add more air quanta.
4) Perhaps drop the phoenix for a deflag. You should have a little PC.
5) Instead of an enchant artifact, since you really don't have many permanent items to get stolen or blown up perhaps take a graboid.
I suppose beyond that... just have fun?
