To be frank, no, it isn't. Nothing to fuel the fallen elves, too many cards. Also the cats really have no purpose here unless its for the butterfly effect..

Slim this down. A lot. Get a victory strategy set before putting in the cards. Do you plan for vanilla damage and control? Abominations and Dragons. If you're trying to focus on mutants, mono-entropy generally doesn't work too well with that.

I've slimmed down my deck to 30 with the help of the deck building tips. I'm just wondering if this is a good deck to use and any tips to help make it better.

<--- New deck.... (Any good?)

It's too big, and the nova/elf thing is going to be way too hard to pull off successfully, and the cats are only there for mutating and putting butterfly effect on.

I'd do something like this:

Hover over cards for details, click for permalink
Deck import code : [Select]
4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vc 4vd 4vd 4vd 4vd 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vf 4vl 4vl 4vl 4vn 4vn 4vn 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 50u 8pj

If you don't have that many discords, use more antimatter or demons.

1st 30 cards -5 pillars, +5 dragons = your generic mono vanilla rush

1st 30 cards -4 pillars, +4 dragons
those kinds of mono rushes usually work well against up to AI3, sometimes PvP1

also, if you still want a big-arse deck, try to stuff Dissipation Shield, it rocks

I'd drop novas and fallen elves for that many dissipation shields. Have fun!

Looks fine, you might want to split your quanta generation into pillars and pendulums (a standard way to give yourself a +0.1% winrate :P ) and add another discord when you get one. Other than that, you should be succesful against AI3.

You're good to go. As a matter of personal preference, I'd stick in an antimatter or two for that extra bit of CC/Healing, but what you have works just as well.

You don't have to use screenshots for deck images- you can load the deck import code onto the forum using the 'deck code' function. Its the icon with the cards on it above the  8) smiley.

Yes, do a pillar/pend split. Also, I think you should exchange a dragon for another demon, and another dragon for a second discord.

Looks pretty good, yes. Perhaps one or two antimatters for healing. It looks pretty good though. Maybe also a shield if you feel like it.

Nope. Too fat to be effective. Also, novas and elves are really out of place. A good deck doesn't involve just cramming all cards of that element in it.
