The strategy is to play the horned frogs and to use the adrenaline on the horned frogs, Forest Spirits are for extra attack, and use heals at end of battle when health is low. Here is an example in text form: Say your health is at 20 and you have 3 heals in your deck. The quanta is only 3 so you can really play this at anytime your health is low. If you have any suggestions please feel free to tell me.

There's nothing particularly wrong with this deck. Besides doing poorly facing shields and CC, but that's how most rushes are. You could slim it down if you wanted more efficiency/less bad draws, but this isn't so big as to require trimming. It does look like you're slightly short on quanta, sometimes. Maybe try removing a spirit or two.
with the aether added in, i think it's even less stable...if u r gonna run 6 shields, you might as well use mono aether

aether-life-water can work... just look at Elidnis. Unfortunately, you're not false god, and the combo really doesn't do that well otherwise.Btw, you're missing the water mark again. Also, what's up with 6 shields? You certainly don't need that many. 6 heals is also a bit much, but its still acceptable.
