To be fair that's like asking if anyone can make a BL deck with a >50% win rate in the CL meta.  Since silver decks can be fully upped (or have double draw, which is arguably more of a pain)

Well, after lots of experimenting, I made this Mono-Aether Semi-Rush.
I guess. I don't know, I haven't been making decks for very long.

In the Image.. the three blank cards are Psions.

Basically.. your main goal is to get out the phase spiders as fast as possible (or Psions if they're drawn first), fractal, and spam. Phase shield is your stall. After making it, I heard it was your typical Spider Rush, but the difference is that the Psions are meant to go around most shields (excluding the spell reflectors.) Parallels are for strong creatures your opponent plays.
So.. it's really easy. Spam whatever comes first, if you can choose, choose spiders unless there's a shield, then choose Psions.
I haven't done any real testing, but it's gotten me a couple of special spins over the days.. so yeah. I'm up to hear improvements is anyone is down. Hope this helps.

That's the one I prefer to use, although I've been testing out this Rainbow Voodoo deck that I found recently and it works pretty well too.

With this, I've had a few EMs, and a few Special Spins.
(My Discord is upped..only because I previously had it that way. On the original deck it's unupped.)
