With the implicit understanding that Gold and Silver are largely out of reach, I'd like to set a goal of coming up with a very effective entirely unupped Silver League deck.  I'd like to earn a rarespin about one in every three runs, which means the deck has to have an overall win percentage of 85% or better.  One in every four runs would give us an overall winrate of about 80%, I'd be happy with that as well.

So far, I've tried unupped Fire Stall and unupped Flay'Em to no avail. There's just too much PC to rely on DimShields or SoGs for anything.  I'm about to embark on a quest to outrush SL; I'll tell you how that ends up. :)

If something happens and you think it deserves my attention, feel free to PM me. Other than that, I'm probably here if you want to shoot the breeze.

I won 2 rarespins out of 6 runs with Grabbix (-Arsenic +Vamp Dagger), so rushing seems like a possibility.  Still working on it. :)

Grabbix has been working wonders for me, running with vamp dagger has a chance to make your lycanthrope useless, but I haven't run it enough to test for a difference between arsenic and vamp

maybe run with a chaos seed just to get a teeny bit of control

The problem with trying to come up with a deck like this is that as soon as any such deck is posted on the forums or otherwise becomes widely known and used, everyone building their arena decks will specifically design them to counter it.  Arena won't be like AI3 or even FGs where you can find one "best" deck on the forums, copy that, and just keep grinding with it all the time.  Instead, you'll have to be constantly watching what people have made and trying to adapt(as they will of course be watching how successful their decks are at the same time and what the current trends are and trying to adapt THEIR decks).

Exactly. And this is why I don't post my arena decks. It will just make them worse.

I think an unupped Silver farmer is possible though.
Somehow still around, somewhat

Figure out a decent farmer (deck 1), that has an obvious counter (deck 2) then figure out a good counter to the counter (deck 3).
Post deck 1, wait a bit and then use deck 3 to beat all those deck 2's that will be out there. Learn to control the information in order to master the meta-game. Use the profits to upgrade skeletons.

Im not so sure that a deck posted will change much. Theres 500 decks in there. And new ones are added daily.
Currently I'm at a 11 win streak with 8 EMs vs GOLD with a speed rainbow control deck. Yesterday it was impossible to do this because all i got was a bunch of decks with mass BH.

My theory is that the majority add their favorite decks not decks that are there to earn the most and beat the opponent HARD, I see equal amounts of those "evil" decks just as normal balanced decks that doesn't abuse the 12 card limit with comparatively "broken" combos.

But then my opponent would know I would do this..he'd have counted on it, so clearly I can not choose deck 3...

I have been using a grabbix with a bit of control: 1 chaos seed, 1 lighting, 1 shockwave

Deck was something like: 5 photon, 5 immo, 5 phoenix, 5 graboid, 1 arsenic, 1 chaos seed, 1 lighting, 1 shockwave, 1 forest spirit, 1 stiletto, 4 nova.

That one had a winrate of exactly 80%, but I didn't get a single rare spin in 25 games (4 wins, 1 loss every time), but, something along these line has a good chance to work.
