I'd do my darnedest to fit either ice shield or skull shield (heck, even the 'shield' card would do the job, but skull/ice would be better) in there to prevent the damage from the hordes of malignant cells you're going to be creating. I'd also recommend cutting the deck down in size. If you make the shield swap, you won't really need the plagues anymore, for instance. I think I'd probably cut the toadfishes also, awesome new art aside, you're probably going to be rather swamped for water quanta with all those nymph's tears. I don't really see the boneyard doing too much for you here, either.
Suggestion:
-4 plague (with skull shields blocking the malignant cells, you shouldn't need this as much anymore, plus you've already got creature control in the form of freezes and death nymphs, and, if you go with my suggestions, skull shields)
-4 toadfish (water quanta is fairly stressed here I think)
-1 boneyard (1/1s aren't going to do a lot for you, you have no way to mutate them, and most shields are going to stop them cold)
+3 skull shield (control the malignant cells, and potentially other creatures as well, and ice shield is a lot more expensive to play, although it is better; it's up to you)
Another possibility for damage sources could be chrysaora. (if you're worried ditching the toadfish will slow you down) It's cheap, and poison is relatively difficult to deal with.
Given that this shrinks the deck by 6 cards, you can probably also cut one or two quanta sources.
