Any feedback on my Rainbow? + Bug/Cheat Question https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=11059.msg136079#msg136079

I seem to be able to beat most opponents and gods the majority of the time. I have trouble with, and know I'd have to make some tweaks specifically for Divine Glory, Octane, and sometimes eternal Phoenix, but other than that only the occasional dud draws cause me losses. Any comments are appreciated.

On another note, I just played a PVP where the player laid down an abomination, then somehow sacrificed a quantum tower to increase his creature's attack and hp. I saw no Chaos Power being used, and his tower definitely was destroyed each time. He did it a few times and then quit. After the computer took over I went to use my pulverizer and saw that I could use it on his "empty" weapon slot. I did, and something was destroyed. Any idea what that was all about? I hesitate to accuse anyone of cheating, but it made no sense... I have the player name if a mod wants to look into it, but since I'm not sure I wouldn't call him out publicly.

Anyway, GREAT game and great players. Thanks, Jack.

Well I haven't tested your deck at all but here are my initial impressions:
  • Add supernovas.  They'll speed up the deck tremendously.
  • 19 towers seems like way too many.
  • With a jade shield, 6 SoGs and 3 steals I'm surprised Octane is one of the most difficult FGs.
  • Why an angel?  Seems like plenty of creatures would provide better damage and/or a more useful skill.  Is it to keep AM'd, poisoned creatures alive?
  • 50 cards is a bit bulky for my taste.
  • What do you usually end up fractaling?
  • Octopus/shockwave/plague are... unorthodox CC choices.
  • Seems a little light on damage.
  • Without a graveyard or FFQ I'd imagine bonewalls give you trouble.
I guess I'd probably try adding an FFQ, a quint, and six supernovas.  I'd take out 10 towers, 1 hourglass, 2 steals, 4 shockwaves and 2 SoGs and change the mark to entropy.  The entropy mark will help the nymph late in the game as well.

The pvp experience sounds like a definite desync.  Wacky things happen like that pretty frequently.

Thanks, Kev. I'll test some of your advice out tomorrow. I tried supernovas a while ago and had bad luck, although it was likely the whole setup. I'll try to mix them back in and see how they do. I always had trouble balancing the towers, probably due to lack of patience. I'll make some cutbacks.

I haven't met Octane more than a couple times since I added the Jade shield and an extra pulverizer, so maybe he'll be easier now.

The angel is an odd choice, but it rounded out the quantum distribution and has actually worked nicely. The mid/high damage and hp are good, and unless I have a good opponent creature to clone or fractal, the angel is relatively cheap for what you get, and I always have a ton of light available mid-match. I rely on one or the other for most of my damage... Any suggestions as to what might be a good replacement?

Regarding bonewalls, I just took out my epinephrine that I used to use on my smaller creatures. Maybe I should put it back, because it cut through the bonewalls easily.

Thanks again, and notes taken.
