Let's start with this.  In a good deck, every card buffs every other card.  So lets look at all the cards in your deck.

Ivory Dragon: Just a hitter.
Flesh Recluse: ..another hitter?  You can't pay for the ability or use it.
Arsenic: More damage?
Ray of Light: Just to assist the hope?
Light Dragon: More damage
Elite Pegasus: Can't use the ability, so... another hitter?
Hope: A shield with a maximum possibility of... two.

Okay, so now we know your deck is a rush.  And we know it needs a lot of work.  So I'm going to work on this from three angles.

yea.... putting in hope is pointless and hopeless(?) if you only have two RoLs to fuel it. u could add in luciferin, but.... i'd prefer a mirror shield or a bone wall.
