I don't play 500 HP EMs myself, but you may want to look over there: http://elementscommunity.org/forum/general-discussion/plat%27s-500-hp-em/ for more cards and strategies which you can use in decks like yours. Also, in that thread there are three links to other 500 HP EMs which you can take a look at.
It's nice getting linked at, already, given that it is mostly a concept thread.
The idea looks nice, but I think it's not too consistent. I see no point in Voodoo Doll:
1.Being in only one copy in a 60 cards deck means that you won't draw it early enough to make it useful;
2.You're actually trying NOT to win, this means that the damage it offers isn't of any use.
While I can see your Novae are powering Shard of Patience, having only four means that you most likely won't draw 2 before winning (IF you manage to resist to the opponent). Also, only one Shard of Patience is most likely not enough. You'll end up with the WR of a 500 HP EM deck, but the EM Rate of a rush most of the times.
Here are some ideas:
-Switch to Quantum Towers: although random, it produces lots of quanta. You may not like it due to the randomness, though. This would be able to power everything in the deck with a better quanta balance.
-Multiple Towers: I don't usually like going with more than one type of Towers/Pendulums, but sometimes it has to be done. If you want to add more Water cards (purify works on creatures other than against Poison, meaning you can get some nice healing to your GPulled creature), you could change to a Water mark and get some Towers and some Pendulums of the various elements. Or, instead, playing more SoPs for consistence (I'd say at least 4) and running them solely from the mark is an option.
While the former is easier and I believe you can reach that by yourself (if you still want tips, feel free to ask), the latter may need some more specific comments.
First of all, the Mark-Powered SoP
Mark is water, needless to say. I'd go with 4 SoPs after that.
Now we have to throw in the 500 HP part of the deck, 6 Granite skins are then a given.
You wanted to use it in combo with Light, so 6 Sanctuaries and 3 Miracle may be needed. 6 Archangels are needed due to your win condition.
Here comes the hardest part: the stall. Your deck is focused on getting a Gravity Pulled creature and cure it via Archangels and SoPs. Given that it's a fat deck, you'll need many copies of the Towers/Pendulums that power it, but given the low cost of the Gravity part of the deck, it will mostly be a waste, so why not add more Gravity?
Reducing opponent's damage is a critical thing while playing 500 HP EM decks, this means that Otyugh can be nicely coupled with the deck.
Although this is the kind of quanta split I hate, this is what the deck came to be:

Yeah, the quanta split is REALLY wierd, but that's what you get trying to do this kind of stuff without Quantum Towers.
Another option would be running GF from the Mark, but that'd result in an even worse quanta split due to powering SoP (because of lack from water of nice 500 HP EM supports, unless you want to get a flooding deck or an arctic squid one).
Play around the decklist and see what you get. IMHO, 6 BBs aren't really needed with all that stuff. If you decide to go on a more Gravity-relying route, getting some SoFos into work might be really useful (I think it has potential).
