It seems to me that these decks would all work better with Mark of Gravity, since Gravity is used a lot more than Earth is. o-o
But you want to be able to play quicksands and pulvys early; the otys should take second priority. You really only need one tower early game to pay for pulvy, and getting two gravity towers means you can play a shield and otyugh rather fast as well as pay for the pulvy.

Basically, you want to play quicksands and pulvys as fast as possible, so it's mark of earth. On top of that, the earth mark helps play the dragon faster.

And I added up the total quantum usage to just play the cards. Gravity is 15-18, Earth is 34-35. I'm not counting ability usage since you really only need 2-3 per turn to devote to ability use, and that's only earlymid-late game.

Modifications:
5 Grav Tower, 9 Stone tower on everything and mark of gravity.

Basically, the idea is to make your opponent unable to do anything. Sometimes it won't work and you get tower screwed or your opponent gets lots of pillars and you're playing catch up the whole time, but when it works, it's utterly demoralizing.

The standard deck:

Variations: Add in another gravity shield and take out a pulvy if you want; either way works. Only two animate weapons because you usually only need 2-3 pulvys on the board; the extra is just there to get one earlier in the game.

No animate weapons:

Basically, this one relies on you only needing one pulvy throughout the game and focuses more on creature control with the gravity shield and otyughs.

No gravity shield:

This one focuses much more on permanent control; any creature with 5 or more health will probably stay alive (and maybe kill you) so long as the opponent isn't stupid enough to play a creature with lower than 5 to allow your oty to grow.

All marks are EARTH.

I've started running each of the versions with 6 Gravity towers, 8 Stone towers, mark of gravity. I'm not done testing yet, but it looks like 5/9 with gravity mark would be even better.

Is the dragon really needed? I would think you could replace it with one of the other cards in the deck, or with a single heavy armor.

Yes. Even with it, I've decked with it against the T50 AFTER gaining lockdown. The deck's total damage output was 0 for the first few turns, then 5, then 10 with about 10 turns left, then the deck got out a bone wall, and I decked. It hardly played any creatures to eat due to pillar denial.

So an early dragon guarantees that you have the damage needed to win. And while a heavy armor is useful and situations, as is protect artifact, the gravity shield really eliminates the need for heavy armor and protect artifact isn't always needed. A dragon ALWAYS helps :P.
