2 should be enough, i mean, rly.. by the time u draw ur silurian dragon (the one that uses the most time quanta), u should have stacked up a whole lot, nor do u need that dragon anyway... as the shriekers will be the most dmg output
think about it like a shrieker rush, just one time mark is enough to evolve all the grabs, and that's rly what the time quanta is for, the dragon is just an addition to the FG, cuz it has triple mark, so there is a lot of excess time quanta

The only reason there are that many pends currently is because I changed it very little from my previous version (which had 6 graboids and bunch of rewinds in place of useless cards like pulv), which did not follow my current rules.

Everyone knows this already.. as I said, I want these decks to play like the actual FGs, not copies of other popular decks, which is why I didn't want to ignore any cards. That was the challange I had in mind when I started making these: make them close to fg as possible, but make them still playable. If you just want to win games in a boring way, go run a shrieker rush. I make plenty of "serious" decks, these are not to be used in serious situations (whatever that means)

No, read my deckbuilding rules. His doesn't follow mine, not to mention that I already have a DM deck.

This is my attempt at a Neptune based deck
Kept most of the CC(still ample amounts left), and tried to kept all the damaging creatures

Bit slower than a 'real' water/air deck, and I feel like it need more pillars and more abyss crawlers
