Jyi's Feared (& sometimes laughed at) Decks https://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php?topic=51214.msg1097811#msg1097811

I've never consulted the Deck Ideas section for my deck building. Yet, I somehow have maintained a 2:1 win ratio in Pvp1 since I started. I've developed and used a handful of decks that may or may not be similar to other styles. Here are my favorite styles that are less common.

It's fun and has a decent win rate in Pvp1 (I'd estimate at least 75%-80%). It's got moderate CC and light PC, so it's an excellent against mid range decks. It's weak against efficient rushes and certain stalls(EQ). Use of all pillars is due to SoS, which sometimes hands you things that need more quanta. Replacing the 3 shards with 3 low cost (4 or less) Entropy cards makes for less rares and opens up Nova possibilities.

Gale

The problem with Gale being you need to have a hearty rare collection to make it work like this. But if you do, this is some impressive CC devastation. The trick is knowing when and which of the various CC to use. I've found that the pillar/pend setup I have here works great most of the time (though it may or may-not be better with slightly less pends).

Fire Spirit Rush

This deck is very tweek-able as far as mood and preference, for instance, more Fahrenheits and Fire Shields, less pillars, and more or less Rain of Fire. My favorite version is a little sleeker, but I posted this one to show the base design. Most of my finishing kills are with Firebolts.

Dark Chaos (Wolfs)

Rush+Quanta Denial. Fairly straightforward, but not as effectives as some of my other decks. I just like the theme.

Often ineffective against many strategies using momentum, psion, poison, and heavy PC. But when it does work it's rage quit inducing. You should see what kind of damage this does to Graboids and Shreikers...

Laugh at mono-aether and pillar-based rainbows. Targeting important pends and pillars in other decks usually does the trick.

Mixed bag of quanta denial, light CC, and the potential for some heavy damage. Works best if you get a early EQ in.
