Good idea, but not necessary, 60 card troll decks don't happen, because that debates the entire point of doing this. If you do it for fun, there is no fun in doing 15 quanta pillars, its fun for example including immolation, but no immo targets. 15 QT wouldn't really add anything to the game. If it was to begin an event, people want to win, meaning that they both wouldn't pray for a 50% RNG win. The one who would probably want to would be the one with the greater chance of losing, and the "favorite" wouldn't be trying for an RNG win.
For my first idea, as soon as I read TribalTrouble, I found submitting all pillar will be a better strategy. (If you aim for win, if it is for fun you will put everything crazy you can think of indeed.)
Since the other will get nothing useful to pick from, and if the other put anything useful in his deck, one can take most if not all useful cards.
So one make the deck, the other split, one pick which half, will encourage a better deck submit.
