What we must (should ?) do.

Some ideas I have to avoid penalty or bad surprise :

-When we have something to do like building decks or posting the vault we must do it 24h before the deadline. This way every one can check the work we have done and maybe make some last minuts modds while keeping cool.

-Always post ideas when you have one, it can be good or tweaked to a good idea.

-Come regulary on the team section to check stuff other posted, and post feedback. If we are 8 to think it'll be way better than if only one guy or two is thinking.

- Communicate with each other and make sure discard thread matches vault changes.

That's all I have currently in mind, so If you have any idea just tell me and I'll put them in the OP.

Obvious thing is to come regularly and notify Blonde or anyone else if you cannot be on.  Also, communicate with each other and make sure discard thread matches vault changes.  That killed me and team air last war.

Yes it is rather obvious but it is always better to tell it instead of saying nothing and loose cards only because we make error. Yes you're right for the communication I forgot to put it, I'll add it in the OP thanks.

Well basically Death does not get penalties for Vaults. Until last War i think i had 2 total penalties due to misunderstanding and substitutions. Last War was substitution penalty city. I am fairly confident that handling the Vault is the least of our worries. If there is one thing that i can do, it's making sure the vault is okay. BUT having someone to double check the work is always helpful (as SteppingStone was basically my right hand man in that aspect) and hopefully someone can take that role this war.
