Not to mention entropy. If we don't suicide at all, then I think Rage Pots or Lightnings (if we have them) will be best against gravity. We could use salvage from last round to get earthquakes or BBs.

Hmph... matchups really suck again. Anyways i did the math and we have to suicide once. Suiciding twice might be a better option though. Anyhow here's the breakdown.

30 death cards in vault, 6 pillar/pend.
12 card conversion so total 18 pillar/pend.
We also salvage 12 total cards from our losing decks.

So total we can have up to 54 death cards. So we are forced to suicide once. 3 of those cards are useless deathstalkers though that are just dead weight.

Making 3 decks is going to be very difficult also since managing to get enough filler cards is going to be difficult. The only way we could do that is if we went Nova/Graboid, Water deck, Life deck, or Air deck (3 out of those 4).

I really really really hate my matchup with xdude again. I highly doubt he will use RoL/hope again and will go with a water/light stall (although i'm not sure if he still has it). And even if he did use RoL/hope again we can't really stop it unless i grab those 3 thorns again and went with the heals and emerald dragons. Suiciding my match maybe the smart way to go.

We definitely play against gravity but the other matchup or two matchups really are in the air.

I finished Light, Entropy and Darkness decks. Thanks to Smug for doing the Grav decks and a vault analysis.

Darkness has only 61 cards, which means trouble for them. 2 players and no room for customisation. One of their decks is a grabby rainbow, which will surely be used by Kael. If we can figure out the remaining 31 cards from previous rounds, we should be able to build something.

Suicides, suicides..
It's a hard decision: will we fight with pride and send the best decks we can make vs Entropy and Light and suicide vs one of the/two worse teams? Or will we go for sure and take the good decks vs those we are likely to defeat, and suicide vs Entropy and/or Light?
I'd choose the survival way and play Darkness and Gravity and suicide to the other two. We can't see what Entropy will throw at us and Light is good too; xdude could play Rol/Hope again with ease, we don't have any more counters to that deck.

This is a crucial round, we cannot fail.


Btw Xuru, you have it wrong there. Gravity fields their lieutenant, Jumbalumba, not numbers, according to the Round 7 topic. It makes more sense too, those 3 upps are good.

We have Graboid/Nova deck with different goodies across the elements, and Wings/Flying OE deck. There's also water duo, though I doubt we'd have enough death cards for that.
We'll have to check the Vaults, but :light seems unbeatable with any of those 3 decks, even with 6 ups.  :(

Kael Hate will likely use their version of Grabbies. Wings would have a good shot there if it werent for Steals and Gargoyles. This is something that should be tested.

Two other fights are :gravity phone number, and :entropy S.Valimont, both without ups, and we'll likely use Graboid deck here.

Hey guys sorry i've been AFK lately but i've had a lot of deadlines to meet for work lately. Gonna have another late day at work and i will try to get everything complete that needs to be finished tonight. If not tonight though i should have time tomorrow to get it in right before deadline.

Possible deck vs Gravity. About 75-80% chance to win vs the adrenaline deck and 50-60% to win vs the air deck.

The life deck isn't a prob, you just rush there due to the lack of CC. EQ'ing pends here or life pillars are probably your best bet, because the main damage source is adrenaline.

The air deck is a lot harder. Play graboids only and do not evolve them. Keep mummies and deflags in your hand and use CC on chargers/OEs. Deflag fog shield and unleash your creatures when you have damaged him enough; arsenic should help in this. Gravity pillars/pends are EQ priority here.

well... this is kinda lol. Making a deck for Malduk is a huge risk play. This deck is not very good and probably has a 10-20% chance of winning. We could go the safe route and suicide his deck and store those 6 poisons for next round. But i'm thinking i'd rather lose this way putting up a fight and hope for a miracle win here. Those 2 darkness pendulums are just air quanta generators. I had a black dragon in there but in all my tests i could never get the 10 quanta to get him out.

Downside is that if we do this we lose the 6 poisons which might be critical. Upside is well.. obvious.

Can't we save at least 1 lightning? Freeze will be useless vs the adrenaline deck, unlike lightning.
