My opinions, deck by deck:
Salvage Entropy:
2 novas, 2 dim shields, 2 fractals.
2 extra of each will be good if we are forced to discard in the future.

Salvage Gravity:
1 Fog shield
1 extra could be good in the rainbow.
4 FWs, 2 Titans and 2 Wyrms.
Don't really see them being used much, but we have to take something, and the catas looked more useless to us.

Discard:
All we have to do is discard the pillars and pendulums, right. We can always convert later.

This way we discard exactly 24 pillars and we can convert back 9 from salvage.. the rest from the vault..

This probably isn't the best way to do it. But we can't just discard 39 pillars from the vault and hope we can convert them back later.
