vs ai3 (see 1st deck spoiler) this deck was:
36 wins - 4 losses: the 4 losses came from
air/light playing a turn 2 pegasus with every turn following having dive, while i had no discord/bonewall/maxwell
otys/momentumcreatures vs no discord and low quanta
rainbow gave me a taste of my own medicine via discord
monoaether doing monoaether things while my poisons were apparently on bottom of my deck
the deck was made in mind of making monodeath include some forms of counter to what would be expected counters/weaknesses, mainly late game - as entropy can slow an opponents build to late game
pros: early discord can provide a fat W, most of what makes monodeath rush powerful can be found here, bonewalls provide "just enough" defense, decent cc from maxwell
cons: better quanta denial beats this, death quanta hungry, only 2 discords (i only have 2, but i can try farming more - which has proven unsuccessful last month), purify and heavy healing, strong rushes can easily overwhelm the maxwells - especially monofire, superstalls (dim shield chain, hope)
thoughts for edits:
maxwells are currently not in our vault draft - should this substitute them for something else or warrant a change in vault?
number of pillars vs pend - it seemed balanced in quanta, but death is hungry (not quite starved, if upped spiders take place of mummys or etc that should lower cost some)
the walls - they were added and to me proved to be the "just enough" defense the deck needed and synergized with maxwells, but maybe a change could be made for speed/power? what about diss shield - since late quanta is abundant in entropy?
