Especially if you see Aether mark.  The +1 will save your Dragons from a Lightning hit.

Yep, if you face strong CC (lightning, rage pots) try to keep the dragons in your hand till you draw your nightfall. Of course, if things are looking grim, play them. Just try to wait for it as long as possible.
