Hahahaha.  Won 4 Arsenics today, plus numerous other rares and shards.  Thanks! :D  I should've started farming T54 ages ago; for the record a standard Fractal/Recluse deck is enough to outrush most decks in T50 that I've seen, and I play every fight I get.

Grats coinich  ;D

I tried to build a deck with lowest risk of losing cards, but that has answer to some of :aether strategies. Among those we have in Vault, percentage based shields are best against fractals, and Fog is cheaper than Dusk if they go with devourers.

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52n 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52p 52q 52q 52t 52t 52t 52t 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5oc 5og 5og 5oi 5oi 5oi 5oi 5ol 5ol 5ol
I tried to conserve :death cards. I'd be happier with more :death pillars to fight off quanta denial (if we packed some novas, that wouldnt be the craziest thing here), but with 38 cards and 8 pillars, we can salvage them all if I lose.

As we have only 2 Fog shields, and I need to draw them early, I'd also be happier with less cards, but I guess this is the safest way to go.
Overall, its a mediocre deck that can win, I just need a decent draw I guess. Flying weapons will probably be lobotomized, but since I'm going :air , its better to use those cards than :death cards. Hopefully poison + pure dmg will be enough.

Only problem with that deck Malduk is that i am using all the Animate weapons. Malduk don't worry about using cards. Just make the best deck possible to win. We are already suiciding 2 decks. We just need to make decks that will win.

No pressure eh?  :))  Unionruler said on chat they wont be suiciding anything (144 cards for 4 decks). Wont be easy.

Back to drawing board then. I'll stick with Fog Shields, drop Flying weapons and pillars, and I guess I'll stack on creatures to get some dmg. Sucks we're out of Dragons. Though this would mean I'd need more :death pillars  :'(

EDIT: Just noticed, we have :darkness pillars now. I might actually go with those as after I play Fog, I have nothing to spend quanta on (Arsenic is still better weapon choice than EE imo, due to possible immortal creatures).

I don't expect Icy to suicide, only because he seems to be the only Aether player who's won any matches.

He can sub whoever in his team. I think he played nearly every match for :aether in round 2. Its the decks that matter and what opponent they can counter. But this is the only match he can use upped cards, so I also dont think he will suicide.

Anyway, this :darkness / :death deck I'm testing now seems pretty solid. Very similar to what I played in round 1. Not sure if it can win against fractal devourers though.

By the looks of it it seems that I'll be playing one of the suicide decks? I don't mind at all, just post whatever deck I'm supposed to use and I'll try my best to win with it haha.

Just for the record, I think this should be my final deck design:

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52j 52j 52j 52q 52q 52q 52r 52r 52r 52r 52t 52t 52t 52t 52t 52t 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rk 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp 5rp

I tested this against coinich.

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52o 52p 52p 52q 52q 52t 52t 52t 52t 5uk 5uk 5uk 5uk 5uo 5uo 5up 5up
Its... Not as strong as I thought.
In first deck I had bonewalls to get me by early, and dusk to switch on after fractal. Out of available shields now, dusk is the strongest one, but it has 2 problems: 1st - I WILL receive dmg through it, and 2nd - there's only 2 of those, so I must go with 30 cards to increase the chance of drawing it early.

We have lots of dispersed cards among elements, and I cant find a better option than this. I'm open to suggestions, but this is the final deck atm. I'll need to get lucky with draws or hope they go with some crazy limiting deck themselves.

Yeah it looks that way.... Sorry Theo, i hate to give anyone a suicide deck. Basically you are the only one that got a deck that virtually has no chance of winning. With our limited cards we can't stop a stall deck. So basically look at the deck below and decide if you even want to try. I guess a miracle can somehow happen here but i really don't see how. I guess rage potion your own creature to create skeletons and maybe fractal your own creatures in round 10 with your total of 4 bone pillars.... lol.

Code: [Select]
52g 52g 52g 52g 52g 52j 52j 52k 52k 52k 52n 52n 52n 52n 52n 5c6 5c6 5f0 5f0 5f0 5fb 5fb 5fb 5up 5up 5up 5uu 5uu 80i 80i
