If I have a 1/2 Condor, and, lets say, 3 creatures die, it becomes a 4/5. Then it takes 3 damage from an Eagle's Eye, and becomes 4/2. Is it true that it can't be healed back up to 4/5? (say, by an Archangel). This happened to me during gameplay the other day during a rather complicated game (Mindgates were involved )

It can get healed by a creature by a creature like G. Angel or any creature with "Heal".
But you will kill it with Holy Flash/Light

As of the 1.27 update, this his been fixed. My damaged 4/2 Condor will now heal back up to a 4/5.

if you have two vultures and a otyugh and graveyard, even if your vulture is up to lets say three attack and 4 defense, and your otyugh can consume is it worth it to put a +2/+2 on the other vulture and otyugh? i considering this for a tri deck

My second good deck was an Oty/Vulture/Boneyard deck.  It depends on the situation.  You'd consume a 3|4 creature to gain 1 on the Oty, 1 on the other Vulture, and 1 Skeleton.  The damage technically doesn't change, but shield effects do.  If a shield blocks damage, you may find that you removed a creature that break through the shield in place of others that cant.  Distributing the damage may not be a good thing.

Same reason you would upgrade a lava golem or forest spirit:  you are 1 little step ahead

And in this case it dies to 1 dry spell when unupped, but 2 when upped!
