I remember this art being a candidate for the new death pillar. It didn't get many votes, but I was hoping to see it as a completely different card, like with mind gate. Looks like I was right

The card gives access to Deaths finest (aka Bonewalls) to whichever element that can get stuff killed, and Entropy through usage of Cat.
On the other hand, it doesnt help mono Death decks that much due to Death not being that efficient at killing stuff (fun!), and inability to put surplus quanta to good use.

It increases deaths best point which is good. Taking advantage of other creatures dying.

hardly
  (or to be more exact, fractal-ball) is a good combo on its own before the addition of ~this~
now, even if they fix the extra quanta bug, you can add some damage dealer and make ~this~ fuel them for 1HKO better than fractal-MP combo
and cremation-based decks profit lots from this also (although the bug fuel for most of that, fixing it will hurt cremation more than fractal-based)

Completely ignoring the bug, it's a slightly powerful card.  It is not really a game-changer though, at least when compared to, say, Hope.

not sure about your definition of game-changer but if they spawn a prominent deck archetype comparable to those such as RoL/Hope, i say that is a game-changer

but we'll see (once the bug is fixed and whatnot)

in any case, i like to see something comparable to RoL/Hope
that in itself would be good for the environment (more diversity)
