New Card: Carcinogen

Carinogen modification ideas:

• I think I prefer having Carcinogen "infect" the creature card so that the creature must lose all its health before a cancer cell appears.  For balance, maybe it would be better to lower the creature's max def instead of the usual current health, so that the player with the infected creature couldn't keep healing it to prevent a cancer cell from appearing
• Perhaps cancer cells should consume quanta while they are alive.  If you run out of quanta, the cancer cell would die, much like dissipation field.  That would put a strong disincentive to play it on yourself.

Malignant cells draining quanta is the worst idea in the world.  They would instantly shut down your opponent.  The disincentive from using it on yourself is called "the enemy" -- you just kept yourself from playing any creatures at all, and the opponent can deal more than 23 damage per turn, I guarantee you that.

And Carcinogen already infects as per your suggestion.  ???



On another note, while it's good that the AI is trained to target single Malignant Cells in an attempt to keep them from spreading, it's kind of silly to target them with Reverse Time...and then play them out of your hand.

The current Aflatoxin deals 2 poison damage, but the card just says "poisons the target creature". I think this needs a bit clarification.
