Altar of Death [Arena]

Since there (surprisingly) wasn't any upgraded monodeath deck in the arena study listed, I decided to do some testing of my own to add one. After a bit of testing, and discussions in chat, this is the deck I settled on to test with. I did a search on forums, but to my surprise there wasn't a monodeath with SoSac splashed in for defense, and thus I made my own thread, mostly so there is something to link to when it's included in the arena study.
