I think the idea-well is running dry, so lets try putting together some decks to use as a base for our vault, keeping in mind the basic idea for 5 decks countering rushes, 4 to counter stalls and 3 to counter denials, here goes:

(counter rushes) Brimbone, Eagles, Quintagon, Vamparapace, Miracle Stall and 4 Wings.
(counter stalls) Voodolleration, Devtal, Devquake and... Lockbow?
(counter denials) Grabow, Adrenavamps, GotP Nightmare? (maybe +6 Phoenix,) + anti-Discord deck.

I don't know where Vampaders fits in, even though I'd like to add it. Probably to counter rushes, so maybe instead of Eagles.
I'm not really sure which decks counter denial well except Grabow >_< This is just some basic thingmaying I came up with... needs moar!
Adrenavamps counters denials? Cloak might protect pillars and pendula from Earthquake, but that's it. And if Eagles is meant to counter rushes, include some Wings in it. Also, you don't need to be so rigid with 5-4-3 of each type, or with the decks in general... Having more general cards could help, especially when dealing with unforeseen event cards or decks. Don't see anything to go with those entropy nymphs you were talking about, for instance. Lycans, Discord, or Antimatter, for example.

And include some Parallel Universes, please; I still like the Black Dragon-Liquid Shadow-Parallel Universe deck, and it just uses one kind of card that we won't be commonly using.

GoTP Nightmare definitely wouldn't counter denial. Besides the low cost nightmares and daggers, having too many GoTPs in your hand is detrimental to your health (which might occur if you get denied early).

Well, it's just that the last thing I want to see happening is Darkness losing because of getting denied too often (that's just fail irony). Sure we could simply pack sanctuaries and think up some Darkness deck on the spot but we have to keep in mind vault space is limited. I know what event cards might happen, so unforeseen is a big word :)

I've been testing some of the decks now that my little project is over, and here are some conclusions that I've come to:

Decks to consider scrapping for starting vault
    Vamparapace: 
    Looks nice, and I would love a way for us to be able to use Thorn Carapace, but the fact of the matter is that the damage output is so low that any CC at all stops this deck cold.  While we could throw in Steals, Nightfalls, and Cloaks, then this deck just becomes redundant with Adrenavamps and there is no need for us to accommodate the same deck twice using different cards.  -6 Heal, -3 Thorn CarapaceBrimbone:
    This deck just can't get off the ground.  The Devourers are slow to come out when compared to Photons or Sparks, and you're destroying their most beneficial aspect, the quanta denial, when you immolate them.  The elements that this would be particularly useful against (Life, Earth
[Graboids/Shriekers], and Fire) have such good counters to it that I cannot see this worth being built into our starting vault. -4 Bone Wall, - 4 Rain of Fire, -4 Immolation[/list]
Decks that need to be in our starting vault
    Quintagon:
    I have been very impressed with just how versatile this deck is.  The combination of hard hitting offense and impenetrable defense will be very difficult for people to deal with.  Also, in addition to the Quintessences making our own creatures invulnerable to CC from every element except Life, they also allow us to greatly slow down, if not stop altogether, the Immorushes that we know Fire/Napalm holds so dear.  The one recommendation I would make is to adjust the Pillar/Pend split a little to help vs. Earthquake decks as well as getting dragons out just a little faster.Devtal:
    Do I really need to explain this?  ;)  One recommendation I would make is to replace one or two of the Vamps with Dragon(s) if we run up against Light/Earth/Water ie:someone we think will try to stall us.Lycorder:

Decks I am just unsure about
    Voodolleration:
    This deck takes practice to use effectively and doesn't feel overly fast.  The inherent problem with this deck is that, outside of Voodoo Dolls, there is no alternative win condition.  When it works well, there is little to nothing that the opponent can do.  It does not consistently work well enough to be considered a
must, however it works well enough that it should not be summarily dismissed.Nightmare from the Past:
This deck, I simply don't know about.  It can work incredibly well and completely lock down an opponent, I simply don't know if we have the space to accommodate it.  If we do include it in our repertoire, I strongly recommend running with 5 GotP, 5 Nightmare, and 5 RTs, just so we have more vault flexability[/list]

Most of the stall-ish decks I came up with were ready to be shot down or tweaked, but I never heard much feedback on them ::)
So I can live with - Vamparapace and Brimbone, although that rids us of all mass CC, and only Eagles or a deck with Black/Entropy Nymphs will have reusable CC (I so hope that one's okay, Wings are in the vault and can be added, or maybe Dusk, as deemed necessary). So that's -6 Minor Vamps and -6 Black dragons along with what you already metioned :) So that's 33 cards, just 85 to go.

Everything those decks you mentioned needs is already mentioned in the preliminary vault. Voodolleration might prove crucial to defeating stalls with Sanctuary.

Looking at the table you put, torb; Isn't 405 darkness cards (87%) a little bit too much? I suggest keep the percentage at about 75% which is around 350 cards.

Some decks have over 15 Pendulums, 15 x 8 = 120 Pends, add some spare and you get 200. I do not wish to make the same mistake as last war and want some spare, I'd rather ditch extra Darkness cards, -6 Dolls, -6 Drain Life, -6 Steals, -6 Liquid Shadow. Another -24 that way, maybe -20 pends, but everything else is useless without a proper amount of pends.

41 Remaining if we want to remove these redundant Darkness cards, that are all useless on their own.

Edit: 29 if we count in propaganda, now we're getting somewhere. I would not like these 29 to be all pends, so let's think of other things to dumb first.

Blargh @ these numbers, we're finalizing vault in chat now : P
