No Black Nymphs for me, unfortunately. It's the one I want the most, too. My Nymphs:

As far as a counter to Discord-Earthquake-Graboid goes... The deck is so successful because of its denial. One way of countering it is just to evade this denial: namely, Discord and Earthquake. Nova and Immolation-based decks do this. We could make some kind of Immo-Phoenix that's half-dark. We already have a deck that fuels Rain of Fire with Devourer and Immolation; why not Phoenixes? As for Nova, we have Grabbows which do the job pretty well.
I also like Devourers in general for this match-up; they can't be Earthquaked, provide constant quanta, and slow down what is already a pretty slow deck. They're also useful regardless of what they play; they
can play other decks, after all.
Now, for another idea; we counter the composition of the deck. There is a single card that single-handedly stops its offense cold: Reverse Time. Rewound Shriekers and Discords are
hard to put back into play (And Discords can be stolen if they try to play them unflown). Our Ghost of the Past/Nightmare deck with Reverse Times can be tweaked. Maybe a one or two less Ghosts and Nightmares, some Devourers, and more types of quanta producers.
Using all of the above happens to be another deck of ours; the Lockbow. Nova, Devourers, Reverse Time...
But I think one thing should be important when playing Entropy; keeping lots of options open. When Darkness started playing mostly grabbows against them, they brought out counter decks. We can't become predictable! Actually, this is important against all opponents, not just Entropy. If they don't see it coming, they can't counter it.
