What earth cards could we use other than graboids?
...maybe Earthquakes? >_>

But that's a stretch I suppose. I just wonder what plastiqe feels about this.
Got 6 quake and nothing to match them already.

i agree with kuro and are against forcing a penalty for tactical advantage and whatnot
playing instead of plastiqe so that we dont have to salvage unneeded cards is one thing but fixing up matches/decks to get penalty is a whole other thing

Ok, I took the sub in our tight situation and won regardless of my bad play.

Can't build a 3rd graboid deck now, but don't have to build 5 decks with 151 cards.

Its a stupid rule withforcing salvage but we have to play it, lets hope this course of action was the best.

I decided to sub rather than cause a deliberate fault, this is because I'm honorable and tactical over cunning and exploitive, even tho the deliberate fault could have given us a better choice. I really think they need to fix the rules to keep us out of this situation. In almost any sport/competition it is allowed to take a voluntary penalty to avoid a disadvntage, but not being able to here sucks ruleswise.

PS - Good work team. Unlike our opponents we've never been forced to sub by our inactivity.

the problem herein lies with the changes for discard from a fix amount: 30 to increment of 6+ each round and the minimum limit of cards to build legal decks
at least the second part will be fixed next war
the first part? i doubt anyone would want to go back to 30-cards discard rule (even though discarding 6+ can be quite a pain in the ass as seen from R2-R4)

Time for salvaging, correct?

I suppose that we could 'technically' make a fractal Devourer deck based on the decks that we won against, while also obtaining some novas discords from vagman, but I don't think that these decks are going to be useful as long as our toughest opponents (:entropy, :fire, :light) have cards such as Immolation to effectively ignore the denial strategies.

Suggestions?

actually theres not much wiggle room to create a new deck
instead we should be strengthening what we currently have, such as guy_f's nova-quake and antimateresque
any new decks we come up means we have to either dismantle some of the current ones or making some suboptimal version
if anything, i think we can recreate fractal with the salvaged cards
nothing else comes to mind apart from that

I'd guess from the outdated vault.

Outdated as in, from those that are included in the suicide deck.
