I would disrecommend any trios actually, duos are unreliable enough as is, with trios you need unimaginably much luck D:

Let alone 3 antimatters with less than 5 amethyst pillars.

So. If Guy Fawkes is not going to use dragons, then we should consider switching the 2 dragons salvaged from Plastiqes r4 deck to pendulums. As far as my deck goes, the point was not to have an antimatter deck, it was to fill in the gaps from the vault with something that had ANY chance of being useful, since 15 dark and 12 air does not = 30. As far as 31 needing 16 darkness cards... well, If I'm going for a deckout (no creature cards) then I'd rather not leave it up to a coinflip. But like I said, there are only 5 extra darkness cards to go around (after each deck has 15). It's just not that often that you KNOW your opponent is going to have 30 cards. I'd love to take advantage of it!

Weren't the nightmares still available? That's 2 darkness cards right there. It's not like they're going to be critical in other battles, the only place they should be able to help is against aether, but they used fractal devourer against us so far, making nightmare dead cards >_< (unless you nightmare dolls , yeah don't put in dolls just for that)

Sorry guy, ive been a bit scrambled while trying to figure out what to do for this round, I was going to use dragons, then not, and now I realize I must. Regarding my earlier posts, it seems I miscalculated somehow and we do have enough darkness cards to do all the decks, but as you would expect it starts to get ugly at the bottom of the barrel. After seeing guy's deck and what was left, I used them to create decks for myself and kobi (and in the process made the little list below). Things to note: I did trade 2 dragons for pendulums from r4's salvage operation, I don't think my deck would be viable with less than 8. I had to give kobi 2 nightfalls, which are dead in his deck, and im wondering if guy fawkes has enough damage in his?

i can make nightmare work but i'd rather have something else other than nightfall that would be very dead in my deck according to your suggestion loki but if we cant swap around, i guess thats fine as it is

i would like to know our current situation with either of these cards :-

how many are in decks at the moment? is there any left in vault after all said and done?
and do we have any extra Basilisk Blood in vault (looking at the OP suggest we have some)?
if we do, i'd rather use 1 BB instead of Purify

I know, the nightfall were literally the last cards left in our vault. I considered taking two and giving you one and one of my minor vamps to spare you the extreme deadness, but you do have 6 graboids, so I probably needed that little guy more than you? Whatever, I'm open to suggestions!

About the cards: yes there is a few Basilisk Blood, freeze, momentum, and arsenic. I'm not sure what that purify was about actually. It was from Kael's decklist, so I just copied it over. All darkness cards are accounted for in my post. There are none left whatsoever. You can see exactly who has what in that list i posted.

i understand clearly now, it was confusing at first

looking back at everything in this here thread, i think we can make this work (i just attempted to suck my grape juice through a spoon...damn you confusing tables and whatnot!)

we have an extra nightfall and there is only 1 deck that could take advantage or rather can make 2 nightfall work, fractal-dev/vamp
i would like to suggest these changes affecting 3 decks (loki's, kuro's and kj's) :-

dont be afraid of EQ action, nothing and i mean nothing can stop fractal devourer and you only have to cast it once
the lone upgraded pest seems out of place, it will survive RoF but thats about it, holy light still kill it upped or unupped
eclipse > nightfall (and greatly increase your damage output even if you happend to draw no minor vamp or dragon at all)

trading a dragon (which would be great if fractalled) for a minor vamp
yes, lower the damage output somewhat but as this is a control deck rather than rush, i think it could work with less damage output
(when i use  in R2, i could kill my opponent with just OE damage alone)

EQ'd all but 2 of my pendulums, SS'd a couple of times, i had to discard 2 fractal but still manage to stay alive with dagger and 3x rewinded minor vamp
