03 to 09 quanta = 2 damage
10 to 19 quanta = 4 damage
20 to 29 quanta = 6 damage
30 to 39 quanta = 8 damage
40 to 49 quanta = 10 damage
50 to 59 quanta = 12 damage
60 to 69 quanta = 14 damage
70 to 75 quanta = 16 damage
Max damage potential with a full (75) quanta pool and 6x Drain Life casts is therefore 88.
Max damage potential with a full (75) quanta pool and 6x Siphon Life casts is therefore 96.
