GMT -7

I'm randomly on, although my sleeping cycle is so screwed up and random that I can take naps during the day and pass out until it's midnight. I guess my body feels like it's living in China or something. ^^;

GMT -4

During the week I usually check the forums during breakfast around 6:30 am and then I log on for a while after work, anywhere from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm.  I don't mind waking up early or staying up late to get a match played though.

I'm on GMT -7 with Kuroaitou.

I can arrange to play any match from GMT 1 to GMT 6, as that is after work for me.
It's possible I can work in a match from GMT 16 to GMT 0 if it can't be avoided, and I have some advance warning.
GMT 16 to 0 I also generally have chat up, but as those are work hours, how much attention I pay to chat varies.
