Round 4

We finished the round with 5-3, again. Great job! As usual, here are the possible salvage and discard.
Since we did not use the event card, the table still stand simple. (Yeay! )

My thought on the discards... We will lose some precious cards for the 1st time here since 18 is hurting quite a bit(especially in mith deck).  For the same reason, I suggest we try to avoid mon dark in next few rounds so we don't get short-handed on dark cards.
My deck: -7 dark pend, -7 obsidian pillar, -3 steal, -1 dusk mantle ( we have quite a few of all those
Mith deck: -7 pendulum, -6 pillar, -2 nightfall,  -1 vampire stiletto, -2 minor vampire
Jay deck: -9 pend, -9 pillar

8 Nova, 4 Toadfish, 6 Life Pendulum, 2 Blessing, 2 Fog Shield, 1 Purple Nymph, 1 Discord.

6 Obsidian Pillar, 18 Dark Pendulum

Tested Voodoo vs some of the decks ak has already played and I didn't do very well not that he'd play them but, unless they are playing stall again not sure voodoo is the best choice who knows.... I think EQs might do well here but seems like we're already using our novas/grabbys

They either rush or stall, Voodolleration probably won't work against rush (or it's a lousy rush), but it would definetly work against their stalls (just Steal their Sanctuaries and use Voodoo + Acceleration). Anything that would work against their rushes won't work against their stalls (except maybe Vader, but you can't use upgrades ). I'm guessing they go the stalling way, but I could very well be wrong.

I've tested the aether counter about 5-6 times vs almost every decks used by aether so far.

This deck has no problem facing twin graboids or twin OEs because it's unlikely that these decks have PC to blow away the sanc or hax shield.
Any grabbow or Immo phoenix also not much of a threat since these decks lacks creatures and have minimal PC - most of the time it can be win just by decking out.
Poison + bonewall might be a bit tricky if sanctuary and hax shield came too late.
I didn't test vs fractix. Well, it won't work unupped, right?
I didn't test vs the stall that willing used. This deck should have no problem with that.

On the other hand, few decks that could be a problem (at least to me ):

The flinging Titans (

http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,24263.msg331670#msg331670) - no steal = defeat. But with the same reason, I doubt aether will use this against us. Also, this deck lost in R3; so there might be a chance this deck no longer exist. Cancel that, they can also salvage some titans and armagios in R3....
Twin dragons (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,25198.msg343754#msg343754) - even with AI being stupid, healing from sanctuary and miracles didn't help much. A normal player can just blitz attack and we can only hope for the hax shield to work. Though this deck lost in R3, it can practically work with any dragons (well, except phase dragons of course).
Twin Phoenix (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,24663.msg336287#msg336287) - I'm not really sure why, but I lost 6/6 vs this deck. Maybe it's either because of the deflags or the immortal phoenix itself.

Also, I always found myself discarding the LS. It's only useful vs immo Phoenix and hardly useful in other cases. Maybe replace it with steals instead?

The LS can be used on any creature with not too much hp, just to kill them, healing won't bother you much either way, you sure you've been using it right? :P
