Fighting Entropy

Please post your ideas for combating in this thread. 

Decks that you think would be effective specifically, but feel free to discuss concerns, perceived weaknesses and strengths against their element, cards you think would be effective, and assumptions about how they would choose to face Darkness decks if you were building decks against us.

Dissipation shield is probably to risky with Steal on our side, Antimatter is the one I'd expect to see, as well as Maxwell's Demon (just like plastiqe said). Maxwell's Demon has low hp though, and Antimatter is both expensive and useless against cheap creatures like devourers.

i think that vampire based decks would be a bad idea because of antimatter, but i might throw 2 or 3 in to add a little damage

Entropy will probably be our toughest matchup, they have too many good cards that we have trouble dealing with.  Multiple discords, even with steal on our side, will slow us down.  Antimatter means we can't risk any unprotected creatures.  A favourtie tactic of mine with Fire is too hold creatures and fire bolts in the mid-late game until I can kill them in one shot but I don't think that will work drain life.  I think quinted dragons with either lightning or dis shield for cc is our best bet.

protected dragons and dim.shield should be fine
make sure to pile up tons of pillars though to counter discord effect (and keep 2 steal just in case they do pack dis.shields)

i'd go with either one of plastiqe's darkness/aether suggestion in deck ideas thread

side note: dim.shield inherent weakness is of course destroy effect and if they use entropy/darkness with lycans, discord, devourer, butterfly effect...we might have a problem
i just hope they dont use our tactic against us

the thing about entropy team is that more than likely all their deck uses a number of discord
and you can see just how crippling and important having early discord is to their success so far

IF i were on team entropy, i would expect team darkness to pack at least a few steals as assurance
i will still be going with discord but, to circumvent any stealing action, i'll go with rainbow-based discord myself so that quanta wont cripple me as much (when it got stolen)
as team entropy, i believe going rainbow is the best chance of fighting discord...

either that, OR i will just play a simple stall with 4 diss shield
having both diss shield and discord means my opponent have to think twice on which one they want to get rid off more and since they cant have more than 6 steals, and more than likely team darkness usually only pack 2~3, i'd go with 4~5 diss shield and 3~4 discord
