"Not that strong"...lol. To be fair, that's what I thought when I first saw it, but I've seen some spectacular decks with it as the main card.

I said ALMOST all combos for this card, not the only one, it may be the most popular, but it takes your opponent done faster.

You can also use Auburn nymphs w/ voodoo dolls and gravity pull... +20 hp per round helps keep em up longer than the angels plus I've found out that it simultaneously disables the opponents weapon, just saw it in action might be a glitch they didnt catch though. can also add earthquake devourers and black hole to suck away opponent quanta

That's intended.  The opponent's weapon can also be frozen by freezing the voodoo doll.  Infecting the voodoo doll also causes poison to the opponent, doubling the amount of damage you might normally expect from infecting the doll.

some other observations:
-momentum bypasses the gravity pull just like a shield
-gravity pull seems to override shields... at least for damage reduction
-poison cast on you directly doesn't go to the doll nor does its damage get reflected
-so far as I can see, reflection shields dont rebound the damage that the doll sends... just beat a lv 2 light deck using its reflective shield... since i dont do have any other damage source other than the doll, this must be the case.
