I have some questions on the card... what happens if you petryfy or  use reverse time on it?

reverse time just does the normal effect of returning it to your deck, and doesnt effect your opponent.
By petrify im assuming you mean basilisk blood. And that will put your opponents weapon in a time bubble just like it does the voodoo doll

It deals 12 to you, because it survived the first four attacks.

No, it does 12 damage to your opponent.  TheOwner said "you", meaning the controller, not the opponent.

It only affects the opponent, and it only does 12 damage to your opponent if it survives the attack.

He's talking about using it on your opponents doll, like the CPU likes to do XD

If you use it on yours, your opponent gets damage.

If you use it on theirs, you get damage.

If you use five Fire Bolts on a Voodoo Doll (16 hp), each dealing three damage, then the Voodoo Doll's opponent will take 15 damage. I'm not sure why that is difficult to understand.
