these guys can be really powerful attackers for a low cost when you have eclipse out. 5 attack for 2 death quanta (+ the cost of eclipse) and it also has a cool ability that you can use if you splash death.

Just thinking out loud here, but Bloodsucker would be a hell of a thing to Fractal if you had Eclipse out.  2 for a 5/2 foekiller with Infect as a bonus?  Yes, please!

It is kind of slow creature control, but when you have vamps to keep you alive, and scavengers and boneyards to benefit....

Every player i know tries the Death/Darkness swarm strategy at least once in their Elements career. And this card is a staple. Upgraded it is a monster card. It's a cheap high damage card that fits perfectly into the Eclipse swarm. Not to mention an creature control ability that's easily spammable.

I haven't tried it yet, but this might be good now that Darkness has Voodoo Doll.
