***TRIALS RESPONSE***To begin with, this is a nice concept. Although Liquid Shadow is not an often-used card, it can be useful in some specific strategies. However, it does appear like it can be improved.
Firstly, this deck almost certainly could use some steals. With the poison effect of liquid shadow, this deck will miserably fail against Dim shield. Secondly, the Dusk Mantle seems strangely out of place here - why would you choose to add that card in? Since this deck is for PvP1, keeping the deck at 31 cards is not a bad idea, for the deckout advantage should this ever become relevant. Some nice additions to this deck would be cloaks or nightfalls, but you can't do everything.
I would suggest removing the dusk mantle, which doesn't really seem to have any positive effect on the deck, removing 1 dragon, 1 LS, and replacing them with 3 steals. Since you already had slightly too much quanta, this will allow you to remove 1 pillar and one pendulum. You could then add in 1 nightfall, making it a 30 card deck with a perfect Quantum Index (

If you wanted to keep the deck 31 cards, you could add in another nightfall, a cloak, or a pillar, depending on the direction you want to head in.

This modified deck allows more chances against annoying permanents, still maintains the drag+ls combo, and is slightly more balanced in terms of quanta flow.
