AI stopped spamming BH

I just noticed Dark Matter didn't use Black Hole, both spell and skill on the nymph.
Before - used to spam BH and heal even though sanctuaries are laid.
Now - doesn't use BH when sanctuaries are on the field, hence doesn't deck me out.
Either a change to the spell or the AI, I like the new DM.

AI behavioral change in response to a fix for Sanctuary

it used to be with a sanctuary in play, you will still get healed up
but now, as it should be, you wont get healed (since no quanta is drained) so playing the card is useless
hence why the change in AI behavior
