Problem alright - what if you get a bad draw and end up getting outrushed?

From what I'd think you'd almost always start with a hand full of quantum towers/near full with 1-2 other cards.

That's why there are 4, 3, and 2 of the other cards. The rest have a chance of showing up equal to their necessity.
Bad draws can kill anyone, so it's not too horrible if this gives you all towers for the game. Any stall that doesn't get that crucial card will ragequit.

does this card increase max HP? cause if it doesnt why would it matter if the nymphs were there unless momentumed creatures.

It actuall represents the Pseudo-Element "Energy" where the power of many is triggered by a certain instance.
Also what is up with these alternate super rare suggestions? What is your reason for suggesting that ETG would benefit from super rare cards?

You could easily get these with an FG grinder, just a note. My reason is that it adds more flavor to the game, and tries to alter some of the FGs into a more difficult/playable challenge.

Alternatively, the FG Revolution series can forego the effect altogether. The suggestion is just something I thought up for flavor and doesn't necessarily have to implemented.

No, it does not increase Max HP.

Would this replace random nymph spawn when nymphs tear is used on quantum pillar? If not its gonna be really hard to get ahold of since they cant be won except from oracle random.

Nope. Nymph selection is still random among all nymphs. And yes, it may be difficult to be obtain, but to be fair Nymphs in general are meant to be rare (of course, you can alway play tournaments and leagues and try to do well ).

EDIT : To clarify:

(Note : This only would happen if the False God Revolution concept made it into the game. If this card was implemented normally it would be obtained and treated like any of the other nymphs ingame.)

None in particular, I just took that name from Sir Valimont's idea. I'll probably change the name to "Draw Power" or "Siphon Energy" when I have time.

With the buff of the Nymphs, I think this Nymph also needs a buff to its stats. 2|5 statistics are very low for a Nymph nowdays...

Agreed.

Stats raised to 5 | 8. (I compared it to Light Nymph, which also has a healing skill. As it is Other, I subtracted -1 | -1 to keep Light Nymph better statwise.)

This card is quite inexpensive in terms of a nova or SN spam... the ability is really underpowered to the point of pretty useless except in weird stalls that just won't work. nice name though.
