I was playing a mage who was wielding an Owl's Eye. I had a procrastination shield in play.
The owl's eye never got delayed (as it would in normal EtG).
Same for flown Owl's Eyes.

Yay! They are indeed working. Been shredding mages with a material quartet. It is definitely just as potent as I remember it being in oEtG pre-nerf.
... Cardinal-Disco-Hole is just as ugly too.
