No, they would not, because the same type does not stack. See notes in OP.

Neither add up because DR does not stack. At best, Diamond Shield would gain immortality, and Mirror Shield would be a cheaper combo anyway. Kirby has addressed the "same type does not stack" FIVE times. This is not hard.
As to this:

I'll like two things to be discussed for balancing purposes:

• Should shields that are already "durabilitied" be allowed to be "durabilitied" again? (In other words, can I use this card on the same shield twice?)
• Should the cost be lowered? Right now, I'm leaning towards a -1 cost.

I think shields that have already been durabilitied should be able to be durabilitied again, due to the difficulty of using 3+ shields effectively in a deck, and the fact that only a certain number of effects can stack anyway. I also support -1 cost, mostly due to the above. I think this card should be splashable in some decks.

I agree. You should be able to durability durablitied shields.

Also, the -1 cost was already implemented. As stated in the OP.

The two questions were more of a "If I do one, I shouldn't do the other" type of thing. But now that I look at it, I think you should be able to durability durablitied shields even with the lowered cost.

The way I see it, there are there types of shields.
Timed Effect, Permanent Effect, and Defense Rate.
You can't combine any two of the same type.
Therefore, Dim and Wings can't be combined, but the two previously stated could be combined with Gravity Shield.
That's my interpretation.

I think of Dims and Wings as evasion, while Gravity Shield as effect. Now making a table for organization of shields.
