At first glance, it looks like a forced mitosis at cost... but what happens if you put adrenaline on the target as well?
I know first hand that adrenaline does indeed give malignant cells extra spawn each turn. Would that be the case here?
What about the drain? Would it trigger every "turn" granted by adrenaline, or only those that result in a spawn?
