Wow a solid idea here. life could use a an attacking creature in between cockatrice and the dragon, and this provides a somewhat decent cure to the CC susceptible creatures.
I like the percentage it is at now with 25% for each zebra. another possibility would be to recude the percentage and have the bonus apply to all your creatures
I think something like that would be good, but i think it would be more appropriate as a spell rather than a creature, like a life luciferrin, where you apply painted stripes to your creatures. I think this card is pretty developed as is. But getting a good midrange creature and having a decent cure to CC was exactly my goal, so im glad people are seeing that.
I don't think it should apply to the opponent's zebras, too. It's like a different herd of zebras. Your side sticks together, but you aren't with the opponent's zebras so they shouldn't affect dodge %.
Overall, I think this is a good card mechanic and idea. I like it. It's not really something I'd want to play, but it would be interesting to play against. 
I dont play mono life at all. so I think anything that makes life interesting to play against i think would be good.
