Well, its name could be Tamer's Whip and Wild Lord's Whip. But it's up to you to choose the name of course.

i like this kind of name.  it's feel like the one who use it will be tamer/wild lord more than '....'s whip' name   it's look like you must borrow some power from someone that already master it power,  and for me, it's look not powerful at all.
