Air-like, but if something is covered in a Whirlwind, maybe whenever it's targeted, a different, random target is chosen instead. That would theoretically have the Whirlwind redirect whatever is coming at it once.
This would probably deserve a reduction of the skill's cost, and maybe it could cost 1
. Apart, this skill could serve as Creature Protection as well as Creature Control and Permanent Protection as well as Permanent Control!
