Nice and creative, but could become overpowered with adrenaline damselflies and SoFr. Could make it so that hp does not increase or decrease the amount it increases, or add a duration of turns before the tornado resets and it can only grow so much every turn.

No, both are greater than 15 . If you read the text box below the card it says greater in both.

Does anyone else support this opinion of adding a limitation? If so, I will make a change.

I is confuzzeled. Right now, with the current text this would occur:

I have 10 , a whirlwind and a tornado in my hand. I click on whirlwind and it says i don't have enough . I click on tornado and i can play it.
I have 20 , a whirlwind and a tornado in my hand. I click on tornado and it says i have too much . I click on whirlwind and i can play it.

I made a mistake on the upgraded card image text... oops  It should be the same as the unupped. I'll get to fixing that later.
